# Air ambulance responds to critical medical emergency in Ivybridge

An air ambulance has landed in Ivybridge this afternoon as emergency services respond to a critical medical emergency.

The incident is unfolding on Fore Street, outside [Morrisons](https://www.plymouthplus.co.uk/tag/morrisons/) Daily, with police and ambulance crews at the scene.

According to an eyewitness, at least four ambulance vehicles are also in attendance alongside police.
