A serious police incident is unfolding at Saltash Passage this evening, with a significant emergency presence near the Ferry House Inn.
At least four police vehicles, including an armed response unit, are at the scene. One ambulance arrived earlier but has since left.
Officers appear to be waiting for a specific individual or specialist team to arrive and are gathered near the waterfront.
