Theatre Royal car park has been closed after a 'serious assault' in the early hours of this morning.
The assault occurred outside the Bank Pub and access into the car park from Old George Street is blocked.
It is understood that a person has been taken to Derriford Hospital with injuries which are believed to be serious.
