A two-vehicle crash brought traffic to a halt on Brunel Terrace in Plymouth on Thursday afternoon, leading to one driver being reported for driving without due care and attention.
Emergency services were alerted to the collision at around 12.20pm today. The road was blocked as a result of the incident, causing disruption in the area as recovery teams worked at the scene.
One of the drivers involved made her own way to hospital to be checked over, while the other received medical advice at the scene.

Police have since confirmed that one of the drivers has been reported in connection with the crash. The vehicle recovery process remained ongoing for some time tis afternoon.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police told Plymouth Plus:
"We were called at around 12.20pm on Thursday 10 July following a report of a two-vehicle collision on Brunel Terrace, Plymouth.
"The road was blocked as a result. One driver took herself to hospital to be checked over and the other was given medical advice.
"One of the drivers has been reported for driving without due care and attention. Recovery work has been ongoing."
