An 'explosive' has been discovered on Mount Edgcumbe beach in Torpoint this afternoon, sparking a large emergency response.
Devon and Cornwall Police raced to the scene after the alarming find was reported, with the Royal Navy bomb disposal team quickly called in to assess the device.
