Millbay Road in Plymouth has been closed in both directions this afternoon after a crash involving four vehicles.

Recovery has now arrived at scene and one person has been taken to [Derriford Hospital](https://www.plymouthplus.co.uk/tag/derriford-hospital/) as a precaution.
