Hundreds of people have arrived as a flag march and anti-fascist counter protest is set to take over streets today. 

Groups are gathering outside the Guildhall in the [Plymouth City Centre](https://www.plymouthplus.co.uk/tag/plymouth-city-centre/).

One man has already been arrested at the event and taken into police custody.
