A major emergency response is unfolding in Plymouth this evening.

Dozens of emergency vehicles are responding, with detectives already at the scene on Notte Street in the [Plymouth City Centre](https://www.plymouthplus.co.uk/tag/plymouth-city-centre/). 

An eyewitness has told Plymouth Plus that they saw “a teenage boy being stabbed multiple times” and that he was “rushed to hospital by an ambulance”.
