Police were called to a late-night domestic disturbance in Tamerton Foliot after reports of an aggressive altercation between a man and a woman.
Emergency services responded to the incident around 11pm on Friday 6 June following a verbal argument inside a residential property on Cunningham Road.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police told Plymouth Plus:
"Police were called around 11pm on Friday 6 June following a domestic disturbance at a property in Tamerton Foliot.
"A woman and man were involved in a verbal argument and the man was reportedly acting in an aggressive manner.
"The woman had also sustained a minor facial injury during the incident.
"Officers attended.
"A man in his 40s was arrested on suspicion of two counts of common assault. He was later released without charge.
"The woman does not wish to pursue a complaint at this time."
