"Our officers enabled two protests in Plymouth on Saturday 6 December. Prior to the event, officers liaised with organisers, local partners and businesses to ensure people could exercise their right to protest peacefully while minimising the impact on others.
"Officers utilised a range of available powers to ensure the protests were peaceful and that any activity did not put protestors, the public or officers at risk.
"Throughout the day officers detained and engaged with a number of individuals. Officers made two arrests in relation to the protest – one person has been charged and on released under investigation."
