A brave Plymouth woman is fighting for her life and urgently needs your help to survive.
At just 53, Susie Reilly is facing an aggressive ovarian cancer diagnosis. The specialist treatment she urgently needs is only available abroad and without it she may not survive.
Susie, who has spent her entire life caring for others is now in desperate need of help herself and remains at Derriford Hospital.
Susie is shocked and frightened by the stark reality of her situation. The specialist cancer treatment she desperately needs is not available to her through the NHS.
Her only hope lies in specialist treatment in Turkey - but this comes at a substantial cost that Susie simply cannot afford.
A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to raise the funds needed for Susie's treatment in Turkey. Every single donation brings Susie one step closer to the treatment that could save her life.
A close friend told Plymouth Plus:
“Susie has been an amazing, kind and caring woman who has spent her entire life caring for her parents and her family and friends in times of crisis.
"She’s the person everyone turns to. Now she needs us to turn toward her.”
You can support Susie’s GoFundMe here and help give her the chance to live.
