Armed police and paramedics rushed to a Plymouth street after reports that a man had made threats to harm others over the phone.
The large emergency response unfolded shortly after 2.30pm on Tuesday, 18 November on Sea View Avenue.
Several armed response vehicles and a land ambulance parked along the road while officers went into a nearby property.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police told Plymouth Plus:
"We were called at 2.30pm on Tuesday 18 November following a concern for welfare for a man in a property in the Sea View Avenue area of Plymouth.
"It was reported the man had also made threats to harm others over the phone.
"Officers attended along with paramedics.
"The man was located and taken into the care of the ambulance service."
