# Police want to identify this man after indecent photo taken of young girl at McDonald’s

Police want to identify this man after an indecent photograph was taken of a 13-year-old girl at a McDonald’s.

The girl was waiting for her food inside the McDonald’s restaurant in [Plymstock](https://www.plymouthplus.co.uk/tag/plymstock/) at around 4.30pm on Wednesday (8 July) when, unknown to her, a man allegedly took an inappropriate photograph of her.

Two men who witnessed what happened confronted the man before he left the restaurant on Pomphlett Road on foot.

[Devon and Cornwall Police](https://www.plymouthplus.co.uk/tag/devon-and-cornwall-police/) have now released a photograph of a man they want to identify as part of their investigation.

Officers said the man pictured may be able to assist with their enquiries.

Police are also trying to trace the two men who witnessed the incident and confronted him.

They are described as two white men aged approximately 30 to 40\. One was wearing a white Nike T-shirt and shorts, while the other was wearing shorts and a black vest.

Both men were wearing baseball caps and were with two boys at the time.
