A woman has been brought to safety from the wrong side of an overbridge in Plymouth this morning.
A passing motorist stopped after spotting the woman on the wrong side of the bridge on Honicknowle Lane and raised the alarm.
Emergency services arrived quickly and engaged with the woman at the scene.
After a short time, she was safely brought back to the correct side of the bridge.
Police, the ambulance service and the fire service all attended. The South Western Ambulance Service sent an operational officer to sccene.
