A Plymouth salon owner says she is 'devastated' after burglars smashed through the front door of her business and stole equipment.
The owner of Select Hair on Pemros Road in St Budeaux arrived at her salon this morning to find that thieves had broken in overnight.
Burglars smashed the front door of the premises and once inside, stole the hairdressing equipment.
Police and forensics were seen at the premises today carrying out enquiries following the break in.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police told Plymouth Plus:
"We have this morning, Thursday 5 March, been made aware of a burglary at a commercial premises in Pemros Road, Plymouth.
"It was reported that entry to the premises was forced and equipment stolen from within.
"Enquiries are ongoing.
"Anybody with any relevant information or footage is asked to contact us on 101 or via our website quoting 50260055690."
