A major emergency response is unfolding on the Barbican in Plymouth this evening after a serious incident.
At least seven police cars, two ambulances, HM Coastguard and an ambulance operational officer are at the scene.
The Devon Air Ambulance was scrambled but was stood down before it had the chance to land.
We have contacted Devon and Cornwall Police for comment and are awaiting further details.
