A serious incident is unfolding on the Plymouth Barbican this afternoon, Saturday 4 October. 

[Police](https://www.plymouthplus.co.uk/tag/devon-and-cornwall-police/), paramedics and detectives have been responding to an incident on Looe Street. The [ambulance service](https://www.plymouthplus.co.uk/tag/south-western-ambulance-service/) remains on scene and forensic officers have also been seen attending.
