A Plymouth street has been cordoned off this afternoon after a man was assaulted.
Emergency services were called at around 1.25pm today following a report of a man having been assaulted on Northesk Street in the Stoke area of Plymouth.
The victim has been taken to Derriford Hospital. The extent of his injuries is not yet known. A scene guard is currently in place.
