Police are urgently appealing for the public’s help to locate a 47-year-old man who has been reported missing from the Ivybridge area.
UPDATE: Gareth Griffiths has now been found. A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said:
"Gareth Griffiths, 47, who had been reported missing from the Ivybridge area on Wednesday 25 June, has been found safe by police.
"We would like to thank members of the public for their help."
Gareth Griffiths was last seen at around 8pm on Wednesday 25th June 2025 in Ivybridge, and officers say they are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
Gareth is described as a white male, of stocky build, with blonde thinning hair and approximately 6ft tall.
He is believed to have links to East Cornwall, Plymouth and South Devon.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: “We are concerned for Gareth’s welfare and are urging anyone who has seen him or knows of his whereabouts to contact us immediately.”
