A Plymouth Christmas food video is being hailed worthy of a big brand festive advert after going viral.
The video advert, which shines a spotlight on Smash Land Burgers and Britain's oldest bakery, Jacka Bakery, has amassed thousands of views across social media.
Created by videographer Ashley Moran and featuring local influencer Curly Gaz, the video has been compared to a John Lewis Christmas advert.
The festive advert was filmed on the Barbican and features Gaz’s own children alongside young performers from the Plymouth Performing Arts Academy.

The advert arrives at a time when independent hospitality businesses are facing increased pressure from rising costs and tighter margins.
