A residential street in the North Prospect area of Plymouth has been sealed off by armed police this evening.
It follows reports of a 'serious threat' linked to a property on Grassendale Avenue.
Police were seen in the area just after 4PM, with heavily armed officers and specialist units seen surrounding a house.
