A major emergency response is ongoing after a man was hit by a train this evening (13 September).
Emergency services are currently responding to the incident on the railway line in the St Budeaux area of Plymouth.
Wolseley Road has been closed as a result and there is heavy traffic in the area due to the sheer number of emergency services at the scene.
Police, paramedics, Devon Air Ambulance and firefighters are all at the scene.
