A body has sadly been found in Plymouth woodland during the search for a missing teenager.
Mason Pinsent, 17, was reported missing from Plymouth last night (9 September).
Police have confirmed that a body has been found in the search for the missing 17-year-old today (10 September).

The body was found in woodland off Crownhill Road, with forensics and detectives seen in the area this afternoon.
While formal identification has yet to take place, Mason’s family have been informed of the tragic discovery.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said:
"We are saddened to confirm that a body has been found in the search for a missing 17-year-old from Plymouth.
"While formal identification has yet to take place, the family of missing teenager Mason Pinsent has been informed. Our thoughts are with them at this incredibly difficult time.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious, and a file will be prepared for HM Coroner."
