A major emergency response is ongoing on Union Street in Plymouth this afternoon (6 August).
Plymouth Plus understands that a toddler fell from a third-storey window at the block of flats opposite Lidl.
The toddler has been rushed to Derriford Hospital with potentially serious injuries.
Cordons are now in place, with the pavement outside the flats now blocked as a result.
