Dozens of emergency vehicles are responding, with detectives already at the scene on Notte Street in the Plymouth City Centre.
An eyewitness has told Plymouth Plus that they saw “a teenage boy being stabbed multiple times” and that he was “rushed to hospital by an ambulance”.
