A major incident has been declared in Plymouth tonight after the discovery of an unexploded wartime bomb.
Police were called to Flamborough Road in Southway at around 2.30pm after the device was found at a building site.
Cordons are in place around the scene, with nearby road closures and property evacuations underway.
