One lane is closed on the A38 The Parkway heading eastbound into Plymouth this afternoon due to a broken down vehicle.
The vehicle is stranded between the Tamar Bridge toll booths and the St Budeaux junction, causing delays for drivers crossing the Tamar Bridge into the city.
