A major emergency response unfolded on Laira Bridge in Plymouth early this morning (24 July).
More than 15 emergency service vehicles attened the incident with police, paramedics, firefighters and HM Coastguard all responding.
Plymouth Plus understands that emergency services have been responding to a concern for welfare incident involving a person on the bridge.
