A man in his 30s was sadly found dead in Plymouth woodland yesterday afternoon (18 August).
Police were called to woodland in Mowhay Road at around 1.20pm after concern was raised for his welfare.
The South Western Ambulance Service also attended the scene and the man was sadly confirmed deceased.
His death is not currently being treated as suspicious and police are conducting enquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding his death.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police added:
“His death is not currently being treated as suspicious. Officers are conducting enquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding the man’s death.”
