A man has been left with what are believed to be serious injuries after an industrial incident at a factory.
Emergency services were called to Rittal-CSM in the Roborough area of Plymouth at around 10am this morning (17 August).
Two air ambulances were scrambled to the scene alongside one double-crewed land ambulance, an operations officer, a specialist paramedic and a doctor.

The man was taken to Derriford Hospital by land ambulance with what Plymouth Plus understands are serious injuries.
The Health and Safety Executive is now conducting an investigation into what happened. An HSE spokesperson added:
"HSE are aware of the incident and are liaising with the Police."

A spokesperson for Rittal-CSM said:
"An accident occurred at our Plymouth site today, resulting in one person being injured.
"Our thoughts are with the injured colleague and his family during this difficult time.
"The safety and well-being of everyone at our sites is our highest priority.
"We take this incident extremely seriously and are working urgently and carefully to establish the facts.
"We are also cooperating fully with the relevant authorities."
