Man arrested in Plymouth's Central Park after reports of indecent exposure

A man has been arrested in Central Park, Plymouth, following reports of indecent exposure this afternoon.

Police were alerted at approximately 3.40pm to reports that a man had been exposing himself in the popular city park.

Officers quickly responded to the scene, with four police vehicles attending at the height of the incident. A man in his 30s was arrested shortly after police arrived.

Ambulance services were also called to the scene due to concerns for the man's health.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police told Plymouth Plus:

"We were notified at around 3.40pm today to reports of a man exposing himself in Central Park.
"Officers attended the scene where a man in his 30s was placed under arrest.
"Ambulance services also attended after there was concern for the man’s health."
