A serious multi-vehicle crash has took place on Tavistock Road in Plymouth this afternoon, with police and ambulance crews currently at the scene.
The incident is caused significant delays on one of the city's busiest routes, with traffic building in both directions.
It’s was understood that three vehicles are involved, but the full extent of any injuries is not yet known.
Devon and Cornwall Police cordoned off part of the road while paramedics attended to those involved.
