Armed police smash into Plymouth flat as three men arrested in morning raid

Three men have been arrested after armed police smashed their way into a Plymouth flat this morning.

According to an eyewitness, the door was smashed after armed police forced entry into the property before entering and arresting two men at around 7.30am.

A dog unit and the Devonport and West Neighbourhood Policing team also attended the address at Latitude 52 on Ross Street this morning (7 June).

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said that they "executed a warrant at a property in Stoke this morning" and "there is no further risk to the public."
