Three people have been rescued from a top floor flat after a fire broke out in Plymouth this afternoon.
Firefighters were called at 1.44pm after several 999 calls reported a fire inside a flat on Ermington Terrace in Mutley.
Crews used a ladder to rescue the occupants from the building. They were later assessed by paramedics at the scene for smoke inhalation.
