A Plymouth street has been cordoned off following a serious incident this afternoon (18 July).
Plymouth Plus understands that an altercation took place after an e-scooter was allegedly stolen from outside the Premier store on Crownhill Road.
It is alleged that a metal bar was used during the altercation, which broke out on Warmwell Road in Ernesettle.
An eyewitness told Plymouth Plus that a metal bar was allegedly used during the altercation and that those involved have been arrested.
Although police cordons remain in place on Warmwell Road, there is not believed to be any wider risk to the public.
The cordons are in place to preserve the scene while evidence is gathered, with detectives seen attending this afternoon.
